Booking, Cancellations & Security Deposits

📌 Full Payment at Checkout

Full payment (minus the refundable security deposit) is required at checkout to reserve your inflatable and event date.

A 2% processing fee applies to all bookings.

📌 Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all inflatable and generator rentals.

When It’s Due

  • The security deposit is due on the day of your event, before setup begins.

How You Can Pay

  • Cash

  • Card (card payments also include a 2% processing fee)

What It Covers

  • Damage to the inflatable or generator

  • Excessive cleaning

  • Lost or damaged accessories (stakes, blower parts, tarps, cords, etc.)

  • Misuse or negligence

The security deposit is returned after pickup once the equipment has been inspected and found to be in good condition.

📌 Cancellation Policy

If your event is more than 3 weeks away at the time of booking:

  • Cancel more than 3 weeks before your event → 100% refund

  • Cancel within 3 weeks of your event → 75% refund

If you book within 3 weeks of your event:

  • Cancel within 24 hours of booking → 100% refund

  • Cancel after 24 hours → 75% refund

All cancellations must be made by phone (920) 941-8281 so we can verify your identity and process your refund quickly.

📌 Weather Policy

If Bounce & Beyond cancels your event due to unsafe weather conditions prior to set up, you will receive a 100% refund. If Bounce & Beyond determines that it was safe to have your event and inclement weather ultimately prevents use of equipment, no refund will be issued.

Unsafe weather includes:

  • Sustained winds above 15 mph

  • Wind gusts above 20 mph

  • Severe storms or lightning

  • Any conditions that make inflatable operation unsafe

Safety always comes first.

Food Machine Policy​

---Return Expectations -Bounce & Beyond will fully clean and sanitize the inside of all food machines after your event. Customers are only responsible for basic exterior cleaning. The outside surfaces of the machine should be wiped down with a damp cloth to remove any oil, sugar, spills, or food residue before pickup. Please do not use abrasive cleaners, chemicals, or excessive water on the machine.

​Weather Policy

At Bounce & Beyond Party Rental, safety is our top priority. Inflatables and outdoor equipment can only be operated under safe weather conditions. To protect your guests and our equipment, the following weather guidelines apply to all rentals.

 

---🌧️ Rain Policy

Some inflatables (Wet/Dry) may operate in light rain, but heavy or sustained rain creates unsafe conditions. We reserve the right to delay, pause, or cancel a rental if:

-Heavy rain is present at the time of setup

-The ground becomes too saturated or muddy for safe anchoring

-Weather conditions create slip hazards or electrical risks

-Light rain does not qualify for a refund, but if we determine conditions are unsafe, we will cancel for safety and your 25% booking deposit will be refunded.

-If it starts raining during your event, you are responsible for moving any electronic devices to shelter to prevent water damage. 

--Bounce & Beyond will call you if any weather concerns arise.

---⚡ Lightning Policy

Bounce & Beyond Party Rental will not set up any inflatable or outdoor equipment if lightning is expected to be within 20 miles of the event location during the scheduled event hours. This includes any forecasted lightning activity that may occur before, during, or shortly after the rental window.If lightning appears after setup, all equipment use must stop immediately. Operations may only resume 30 minutes after the last thunder.If we cancel due to lightning or unsafe storm conditions, your 25% booking deposit will be refunded in full.

---💨 Wind Policy

-Inflatables cannot operate in unsafe wind conditions.We will cancel or shut down equipment if:

-Sustained winds exceed 15 mph

-Wind gusts exceed 20 mph

-Conditions are unstable or rapidly changing

-This is a strict safety requirement.

 

---🌪️ Acts of God & Unforeseen Weather Circumstances

Bounce & Beyond Party Rental will always work to mitigate weather‑related risks and make every reasonable effort to ensure your event runs safely and smoothly. However, certain conditions are beyond our control.Once inflatables or outdoor equipment have been set up on site and payment has been collected, no refunds will be issued for any weather changes or Acts of God, including but not limited to:

-Sudden storms

-Unexpected heavy rain

-High winds or wind gusts

-Lightning developing after setup

-Temperature drops

-Power outages

-Any other unforeseen natural or environmental conditions

 

If unsafe conditions arise after setup, equipment must be shut down immediately for the safety of all participants. While refunds are not available after setup, we will always prioritize safety and provide guidance on proper shutdown procedures.

 

---🌤️ FINAL DECISION

Bounce & Beyond Party Rental reserves the right to make all final weather‑related decisions at the time of setup. Safety always comes first, and we will never operate equipment in conditions that put your guests or our staff at risk.If we cancel due to unsafe weather, your 25% booking deposit is fully refunded. If the customer cancels for any reason unrelated to safety, the deposit remains non‑refundable.
