By booking with Bounce & Beyond Party Rental, the customer (“Renter”) agrees to the following terms:The Renter understands and acknowledges that the use of inflatable units, yard games, food machines, and all other rental equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, falls, collisions, or equipment misuse. By accepting delivery and use of the equipment, the Renter voluntarily assumes full responsibility for the safety and supervision of all participants and guests.The Renter agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless Bounce & Beyond Party Rental, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the use, operation, or possession of the rented equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Bounce & Beyond.The Renter is solely responsible for ensuring that all safety rules provided by Bounce & Beyond are followed at all times, including proper supervision, age‑appropriate use, weather restrictions, and safe setup conditions. The Renter agrees to keep all equipment in their possession and control and to prevent misuse, horseplay, or unsafe behavior.The Renter further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bounce & Beyond Party Rental from any claims or actions brought by guests, participants, or third parties arising from the Renter’s event or use of the equipment.By completing a booking, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Release of Liability and assume full responsibility for all risks associated with the rental.

Generators & Fuel 

 

By renting a generator and/or fuel tank from Bounce & Beyond Party Rental, the customer (“Renter”) agrees to the following terms:

The Renter understands that the use of generators and fuel tanks involves inherent risks, including but not limited to fire hazards, carbon monoxide exposure, fuel leaks, burns, electrical risks, equipment malfunction, and improper handling. By accepting and operating this equipment, the Renter voluntarily assumes full responsibility for the safe use, placement, and supervision of the generator and fuel tank throughout the rental period.

The Renter agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless Bounce & Beyond Party Rental, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to the use, operation, or possession of the generator or fuel tank, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Bounce & Beyond.

The Renter acknowledges and agrees to the following safety requirements:

• Generators must be operated outdoors only, on a flat, stable surface, and kept a safe distance from buildings, equipment, and guests.

• Generators must never be moved, refueled, or opened while running or hot.

• Fuel tanks must remain upright, secured, and kept away from heat sources, flames, and smoking areas.

• Only the fuel type provided or approved by Bounce & Beyond may be used. Customers must never add or substitute fuel of any kind unless explicitly instructed by Bounce & Beyond.

• The Renter is responsible for monitoring safe operation at all times.

• The Renter must prevent misuse, tampering, or unauthorized operation by guests or children.

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bounce & Beyond Party Rental from any claims or actions brought by guests, participants, or third parties arising from the Renter’s event or use of the generator or fuel tank.

By completing a booking, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Release of Liability and assume full responsibility for all risks associated with generator and fuel tank use.
